ABOUT US
Who We Are:
St Helens Domiciliary Care provide a range of care services in and around Monmouthshire, Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent. These services are flexible and are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We provide support ranging from 1-24 hour in addition to overnight support. We are registered to provide support to adults with learning difficulties, physical difficulties, mental health issues and elderly individuals, we are also able to offer domestic, social and companionship support.

St Helens believes that every individual has a right to an ordinary, valued life and that he or she should be assisted as necessary to use his/her capabilities to the fullest extent.
In order to achieve this we believe that every individual should be treated with respect and given the opportunity to exercise personal choice and maintain as much independence as possible.
We have a rigorous recruitment procedure where staff undergo an enhanced DBS (Criminal Record) check and a thorough training programme, so you can feel confident and assured that our staff team have the knowledge, expertise and competency to meet your needs safely and to the highest standard.

OUR SERVICES
Companionship
Life can be lonely. We've found that many clients don't need a lot of help, but would like a friendly face to talk to or someone to support them to various activities.
Home Care
Our personal care services are designed to support you with your day-to-day living, helping you continue to remain independent at home.
Domestic support
Whatever your individual requirements our domestic services are simply an extra pair of hands around the house to provide help with your household tasks and more.
Specialist services
St Helens also provide specialist care for people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and dementia.
